These comments came in from surveyed participants in the Autumn/Winter 2007 Blogging for Beginners courses, plus many were emailed spontaneously during the initial rush of excitement of the blogging journey!

Overall the feedback has been excellent and we thank you for all your contributions and collaboration. 80% of client’s surveyed said the course had met or exceeded expectations.

Being the honest folk we are, and very keen indeed to avoid “it’s all good” hype, we are listening closely to feedback. In future, we will see that:

• those requiring additional technical support will receive it via screencasts and one-on-one attention,
• there is a clearer structure for the course and written materials.

Reading these, I am reflecting on the benefits of learning:

• face-to-face whenever possible
• in a group
• with someone who genuinely cares about the people and the subject, actually.
